1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at www.alab.studio.
Works are created partly under the independent artistic activity (“New Self-Employed”) and partly
under the registered trade “Manufacture of jewelry and ornamental objects.”

3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings in the shop are non-binding offers.
By clicking the “Buy” button, the customer submits a binding order.
The contract is concluded once the order confirmation has been sent via e-mail.

4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are stated in Euro and include Austrian VAT.
- 13% VAT applies to original artworks, sculptures, and textile art.
- 20% VAT applies to prints, commissioned works, and design services.
Payments are accepted via Stripe or PayPal.
Ownership remains with the seller until full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery time: 5-10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Shipping within Austria, Switzerland and the EU.
Special formats or fragile works may require individual arrangements and pricings.

6. Right of Withdrawal
According to §18 (1) Z 3 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG), no right of withdrawal applies
to handmade unique items or custom-made artworks.
Returns or exchanges are therefore excluded unless the item is defective.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
Minor deviations in color, texture, or form are part of the artistic process and do not constitute
defects.

8. Liability Disclaimer - Functional Sculptures
The offered artworks are functional sculptures, not certified furniture or interior design objects.
They are intended as artistic pieces and may be used or displayed at the buyer’s own discretion
and responsibility.
The seller assumes no liability for damage, wear, misuse, or any injury caused by the use of an
artwork.
Each piece is an art object, not an industrially tested product.

9. Copyright
All artworks, designs, photographs, and texts on this website are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use requires prior written consent from the artist.

10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy published on this website.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
(CISG).
For consumers, the legal place of jurisdiction is their residence; for business customers, Vienna,
Austria.
