At ALab.Studio, I create soft wall artworks, custom floor rugs, interior objects and installations. Whether you have a clear idea or just an emotion you want to capture, we start with a conversation. Your inspiration can be anything.
The Process for custom artworks
1. Initial Inquiry
Get in touch via email and share your ideas, dimensions, references, preferred colors, and information about the space where the artwork will be installed.
2. Concept & Proposal
Based on your vision and requirements, I develop initial concepts and provide a detailed quotation.
3. Approval & Deposit
Once the design has been approved, a deposit secures the commission and production slot.
4. Production
The artwork is handcrafted in my studio using carefully selected materials and techniques. Production time depends on the scale and complexity of the project.
5. Progress Updates
Throughout the creation process, you will receive regular updates, photographs, and insights into the making of your piece.
6. Completion & Delivery
Once the artwork is completed, you will be notified. After the remaining balance has been settled, the work will be carefully packaged, delivered, or installed on site when required.
Every commission is a collaborative process resulting in a textile artwork that is uniquely designed for its context - bringing materiality, texture, and character to the space it inhabits.
